Prayers - The Angelus and The 3 o'clock Prayer

Good day.

We are sharing a couple of prayers to you that will help you survive the day. We know, because we used to pray these prayers when we were young and the world seemed like a friendly place. We stopped, and suddenly there was chaos. Now that we are praying these again, the world from our perspective seems better.

Prayers (download to your mobile devices and set the corresponding alarms accordingly):

  • The Angelus - Can be prayed anytime of the day, and multiple times a day. Preferably on a 6-hour interval (so 6am, 12nn, 6pm)
  • The 3 o'clock Prayer - to be prayed daily at 3pm but not later than 3:59pm. Shouldn't be missed on Fridays as every Friday, 3pm to 4pm, is the Holy Hour
